Monterrey Oak — Seguin
Grown Around
the Oaks.
This yard already had good trees and good shade — the pool needed to work with them, not clear them out. We shaped the gunite shell around the existing sightlines so the finished pool reads like it was always part of the property.
Built to last, right here in Seguin.

Spa & Fire Feature — Guadalupe County
Built for
Evenings Outside.
Some families want to swim. This one wanted to sit outside after dark, too. We built an integrated spa and a run of fire features right off the pool deck, so the backyard stays useful well past swim season.

Guadalupe County
Spa & Fire Pit
The spa and fire pit sit on the same deck as the pool.

Guadalupe County
Fire Pits
Built into the hardscape, not bolted on after.

Guadalupe County
Fire Bowls
Fire bowls extend the evening past sunset.
Lakeside Loungers — McQueeney Area
Built to
Sink Into.
Near the lake, the ask was simple: a pool built for lounging, not laps. In-water loungers sit at wading depth so you can sink in and watch the sky, with the yard opening up around the water instead of closing in on it.

McQueeney Area
In-Water Loungers
Wading-depth ledges built for sitting, not swimming.

McQueeney Area
Full Overview
The whole yard opens around the water.
Modern Pool House — Guadalupe County
Where the House
Meets the Water.
This build paired a clean-lined pool house with a spa and a built-in water feature, so the architecture of the house carries straight into the yard instead of stopping at the back door.

Guadalupe County
Pool House
Clean lines that match the house, not fight it.

Guadalupe County
Water Feature
Moving water, built into the gunite shell.

Guadalupe County
Integrated Spa
Spa and pool poured as one shell — no seam.
